What we move

From a single family car to repeat dealer and auction volume — the same vetting standard applies to every load.

🚗

Open transport

The standard for most vehicles. Cost-effective, widely available, and the fastest to schedule on nearly every lane.

📦

Enclosed transport

Fully covered trailers for classic, exotic, luxury, and low-clearance vehicles that shouldn't see road spray.

🏦

Dealer & auction

Auction pickups and dealer-to-dealer moves, including multi-unit runs with consolidated billing.

🔄

Inoperable units

Non-running vehicles moved with winch-equipped carriers. Tell us the condition up front and we'll spec the right equipment.

How it works

Four steps, and you always know which one you're on.

Get your quote

Send us the route, the vehicle, and roughly when you need it moved. We price the lane honestly — including what it actually takes to get a carrier to accept it.

We assign a carrier

We post the load and vet responding carriers: active operating authority, current insurance, and safety history. Nothing dispatches until that checks out.

Pickup & inspection

The driver inspects the vehicle with you and records its condition on the Bill of Lading. You get the driver's contact details directly.

Delivery

You inspect on arrival against the same Bill of Lading and sign off. We stay reachable through the whole run, not just the booking.

Why shippers stay with us

Auto transport has a reputation problem — lowball quotes that get revised, carriers that never show, and nobody answering the phone once payment clears. We built this the other way around.

  • Quotes that hold. We price what the lane actually costs. If something genuinely changes, you hear it from us first — not as a surprise at pickup.
  • Every carrier verified. Operating authority, insurance, and safety record checked before a vehicle is handed over.
  • One point of contact. You deal with the same person from quote to delivery.
  • Damage handled, not deflected. The Bill of Lading is the record. If something goes wrong, we help you work the claim.

Common questions

Are you a carrier or a broker?

We are a licensed property broker. We arrange transport with vetted motor carriers who operate under their own authority and insurance — we don't operate the trucks ourselves. This is standard in auto transport, and it's why we can match your vehicle to the right equipment on the right lane instead of whatever happens to be in our own fleet.

How is my vehicle insured in transit?

The assigned motor carrier's cargo insurance covers the vehicle while it's in their possession. We verify that coverage is active before dispatch, and we can provide the carrier's certificate of insurance on request. Your own auto policy may also provide coverage — worth confirming with your insurer.

Can I pack personal items in the vehicle?

Carriers generally allow a limited amount of personal belongings in the trunk or cargo area, but they are not licensed to haul household goods and personal items are typically not covered by cargo insurance. Ask us before you load anything — the answer varies by carrier.

When and how do I pay?

Nothing is due until a carrier has been assigned to your vehicle. Payment terms are set out in your quote and confirmed in writing before dispatch.

What if my pickup or delivery date changes?

Tell us as early as you can and we'll work it out with the carrier. Dates in auto transport are windows rather than appointments — weather, traffic, and other stops on the truck all move things. We'd rather give you an honest window than a precise time we can't hold.

Do you move inoperable vehicles?

Yes, with winch-equipped carriers. Tell us the vehicle's exact condition when you request the quote — whether it rolls, steers, and brakes — so we dispatch the right equipment. A unit that turns out to be non-running on arrival will need to be re-dispatched.

How we run

Purpose-built systems behind every load

We don't run this business out of a spreadsheet. We operate our own software to vet carriers, track shipments, and handle billing — which is why our quotes hold and our paperwork is right.

  • Carrier vetting, automated. Operating authority, insurance status, and safety history are checked against federal records and re-verified on a schedule — not once at signup.
  • Shipment tracking end to end. Every status change from dispatch to delivery is recorded automatically, so nothing depends on someone remembering to update a file.
  • Billing automation. Carrier bills and payment records are generated and reconciled by system, which means fewer errors and a clean audit trail on every load.
